Some features are paid on a subscription or usage basis. Fees, taxes, and billing cycles are shown at checkout and/or in your dashboard.
3. Payments Processing
Payment features may be provided via integrated third-party processors and card networks.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not use the Services for unlawful or harmful activities. We may suspend or terminate for violations.

6. Intellectual Property
All technology, software, trademarks, logos, and UI designs associated with ninexhoomie are the sole intellectual property of Ninexfold Agency LLP. No ownership rights or licenses are transferred to you under these Terms.
7. Third-Party Services
Our system integrates with third-party software, OTAs (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.), and payment gateways. We are not liable for any downtime, technical issues, or transaction processing failures caused by these external service providers.
8. Warranties & Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Ninexfold Agency LLP disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ninexfold Agency LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ninexfold Agency LLP, its partners, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the software or breach of these Terms.
11. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription and access to the platform for any breach of these Terms, non-payment of subscription fees, or activities that compromise the integrity and security of our servers.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madhya Pradesh, India.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
